NOEMA — voice notes and meeting minutes with AI transcription
The NOEMA service is operated by CALLIPEDA s.r.o., Kaprova 42/14, Staré Město, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic, company ID 11777869, VAT ID CZ11777869. Contact: info@callipeda.com.
Recordings and their transcripts may contain personal and sensitive data — about you and about other people speaking on the recording. The user who made and uploaded the recording is responsible for its content as the content controller; to that extent NOEMA acts as a processor.
We use the data to operate the account, transcribe and process recordings with AI, display minutes and tasks, and bill the subscription. Recordings, transcripts and minutes are kept in the user account until the individual entry is deleted or the whole account is deleted — after that they are irreversibly removed. Tax documents for payments are kept for the statutory 10 years; they contain no content of your entries.
Data is stored on a server at Hetzner Online GmbH (hosting, European Union).
Transcription and AI analysis are provided by the Google Gemini API (Google Ireland Limited, or Google LLC, USA). What is transferred: voice recordings (for transcription), the texts and titles of your entries (for filing, search and summaries) and your search and chat queries. Under the API terms, Google does not use this data to train its models. Data is only sent to the AI service after your explicit consent, which the app requests before first use.
Payments are processed by Comgate, a.s., Gočárova třída 1754/48b, 500 02 Hradec Králové, Czech Republic, a licensed payment institution supervised by the Czech National Bank; NOEMA itself does not store card details. For purchases in the mobile app, the payment is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play).
We do not pass data to any other party.
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to processing — write to info@callipeda.com. You can also delete your account and individual recordings at any time directly in the NOEMA app. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.gov.cz) or your local supervisory authority.
