It transcribes the recording, comes up with a title and works out whether it is a task, an idea, a note or a meeting.

Everything stays in your archive and can be searched by meaning — you do not have to recall the exact words.

It separates speakers, extracts tasks, decisions and problems, and sends each team member only what concerns them.

Tap the microphone and speak. A second tap stops the recording and sends it right away. Good for a single thought, task or idea.

Switch to "Meeting" at the top and record the whole meeting. You get a transcript split by speaker plus minutes: tasks (with owner and deadline), decisions and problems.

Switch to "Text", type (or dictate with your phone keyboard microphone) and save. It is filed exactly like a voice note.

Tap the pin before recording. It turns gold and your location is saved with the entry — for example which shop you were at when you thought of an order.

The 🎯 button in the corner of the map shows your position as a blue dot and zooms to it. ＋ Add place then saves the point exactly where you are standing.

All saved places are on the Map tab. Tap a pin on the map to open the full entry.

Press and hold the map (or tap ＋ Add place) to save your own point — name, note, and the address fills in by itself. Your places live independently of entries: delete a note and the place stays on the map. The 📍 Places and 🎙️ Entries toggles above the map control what is shown. Each place has Navigate, Edit and Delete buttons.

There is a search box above the map — type part of a title (or a type, e.g. "task") and the map keeps only the matching places and zooms to them.

After the recording it switches itself off so your location is not stored all the time. Tap it again when you want it again.

Your phone will ask once whether NOEMA may use your location. If you decline, the entry is saved normally, just without the place.

Transcription runs for a moment (seconds for a voice note, minutes for a long meeting). You can close the app, it finishes on the server.

A finished entry gets a TASK, IDEA, NOTE or MEETING label depending on what you said.

A red ERROR appears on the entry (most often "no speech detected" for silence). Such a recording does not count against your minutes.

Tasks / Ideas / Meetings / Notes. Tap to show only that type, tap again to clear the filter.

Entries are grouped into Today, Yesterday and Older — newest first.

Tap it to tick the task off. It leaves the list and hides in the Done section below, from where it can be brought back.

The top right shows your remaining minutes and a bar with how much of the plan you have used.

Both transcript and title can be rewritten — handy when the AI misheard a name. Meetings cannot be edited.

Deletes the entry together with its recording, permanently.

Downloads the minutes as a document — with tasks, decisions, problems and the full transcript.

Searches by meaning, not just words: "boxes" also finds an entry where you said "packaging".

Type a question ("What did I want to order from the supplier?") and get an answer built only from your own entries, with links to them.

Profile → Team → Add person. For each one fill in their role, what they do and what they want to receive — that is how the AI knows what belongs to whom.

In the meeting detail → "Send summaries". Everyone gets an e-mail with just their tasks and what concerns them. You see a preview first and can untick anyone.

The second option in the same window — everyone gets the same summary plus the full minutes as a PDF attachment.

Ticked by default — you receive an overview of who got what.

If you would rather send the minutes from your own mailbox, this opens your mail app with the recipients filled in.

Shows your plan, how long it runs and how many minutes are left. The plan can be changed or extended.

Extra packages for a busier month. Unused purchased minutes never expire.

The flags switch the app language — and with it the language the AI answers in.

Deleting the account is immediate and irreversible: all entries, transcripts and recordings are gone.

A five-minute meeting = 5 minutes off your plan. Transcription is included.

Converted into minutes (1 minute = 1,920 tokens). A typical text ≈ 0.2 min, a chat question ≈ 0.3–0.7 min, a search hundredths of a minute.

Reading, filtering, ticking tasks off and downloading documents cost you nothing.

Use "Add to Home Screen" in the browser — it then behaves like a normal app. Or install the app from the App Store / Google Play.

In the mobile app recording keeps running even when the screen goes dark.

On first launch you agree that your content is sent to Google Gemini for processing. Without it transcription and search do not work.
